Lotsitems ("we") operates a recommerce marketplace for buying and selling used devices. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Account details (name, email), listings and orders you create, messages you send to other users, shipping addresses you provide at checkout, and technical data (IP, device) needed to run and secure the service.
To operate the marketplace: authentication, matching buyers and sellers, processing payments, fulfilling orders, sending you notifications, and preventing fraud and abuse.
We share only what a transaction requires — e.g. your shipping address with the seller who ships to you. We use payment and infrastructure providers under contract. We never sell your data.
You can access, correct, or delete your account data at any time from your profile, or by contacting us via the contact page.
