Lotsitems connects buyers and sellers of used devices. Sellers are responsible for accurately describing items and shipping them promptly. Buyers are responsible for providing correct shipping details and paying for completed orders.
You may list only devices you own and are legally able to sell. Bids are commitments to buy at the offered price if accepted. We may remove listings that violate these terms.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. A platform fee may apply to completed sales. Payouts to sellers are released after the buyer confirms delivery.
No fraud, counterfeit goods, harassment, or attempts to circumvent the platform. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Lotsitems is not liable for disputes between users beyond facilitating resolution.
